I am a culinary enthusiast based in the Atlanta metro-area. I am passionate about food, health, and people. I express my creativity at these intersections by cooking food that is tasty, healthy, and brings people together. I have been taught by the school of life and am a committed life-long learner on the topic of food and beyond. I am a bit of a traditionalist, grounded in family and community but yet unbounded by the freedom of exploration and learning.
